Refreshing experience dealing with such a pleasant staff. The front desk, the managers, the staff. All so welcoming. I was fortunate enought have Douglas was my sales person and he was excellent. He told me his location was number one and i was hesitant to believe but halfway thru being there i can tell he was telling the truth. This is my 3rd Toyota and i really wish that i had purchased my first two here with Douglas. One thing is for sure i will be purchasing the rest of my vehicles here 100%. More

Buying cars is never a fun thing you spend a lot of money and a lot of time in a place where half the time you are treated like a object versus a person. Not sure if I would trust this dealer or was just an oversight by the sales manager. I bought an used car after I reviewed the Carfax and the car onsite. However I didn't get the paperwork or showed any oversight by the sales manager. I bought an used car after I reviewed the Carfax and the car onsite. However I didn't get the paperwork or showed any documentation of service performed so I can continue with maintenance. I also noticed that one of the key fobs was not working when I got home. I texted the manager but never heard from him despite the fact he gave me his cellphone number. While driving I noticed that one of the tires was low on air. The other 3 tires showed 27. According to the specs the totes should be between 34 to 45.. I really believe that these items should have checked by the dealer. What's next? More
