My in-laws purchased a new Subaru a couple years ago. My wife likes the model they bought, and now, since she is wanting a newer vehicle for herself I initiated contact with the salesman they dealt with My wife likes the model they bought, and now, since she is wanting a newer vehicle for herself I initiated contact with the salesman they dealt with then, Richard, whom they had high praise for. My first contact was almost a year ago, and then life intervened and so I begged off the purchasing process up until recently. Throughout my interaction with Richard, and I have dealt only with him, as is proper, he has never pressed me with inopportune questions, he has only moved along at our pace, and of the questions I have asked, he has appropriately answered them. He has only been very courteous, and helpful in this process. In due time I am pretty certain a deal will be made. More
