Just wanted to say a huge thanks to Trent for taking care of my car. He’s super friendly, knows his stuff, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. Got everything fixed up quickly and for a really fair price. It’s hard finding someone you actually trust with your car, but Trent’s definitely that guy. Appreciate the great work, man — I’ll definitely be coming back next time I need anything done! More
Trent is truly a tire expert! I came in unsure of what I needed, and he took the time to explain my options and made a great recommendation on Yokohama tires. I have been lied to (I’m looking right at you, Trent: “I’ll take some pictures, & see what I can do.”), patronized (that would be you, Erik: “I’ve kept it 6 weeks to make sure it’s perfect and we can’t find ANYTHING wrong with it. It works perfectly), and scolded (hello, Jerry: “we put in a new radio & we didn’t have to do that; there’s nothing wrong with the one in there). When I went in to see the GM (Joel Watson), he was genuinely concerned and sorry; he did admit there was a problem but he didn’t know what to do & was about to let me go. Then the tech guy, Noah, came in. It took him 10 minutes to correct the problem. None of those men before him listened to me nor did they care. I felt like they wanted to pat this little lady on the head, tell me everything is fine and get me the heck out. I told Mr Watson that what I’ve learned is that next time I have a problem, I must bring a man with me so I will be heard. Thank you, Mr Watson, for apologizing; and thank you, Noah, for fixing my radio. More
