He was attentive and remarkably respectful to a senior woman who was buying her dream car. Pushy I went to the dealership to purchase a car. I knew that I would more than likely have to order it and was excited about building it from scratch but t I went to the dealership to purchase a car. I knew that I would more than likely have to order it and was excited about building it from scratch but they kept pushing cars with options that I didn't want that were located at other dealerships across the country. The manager came in and kept asking what could we do to get the deal done today with one of the other cars. I felt really pressured when all I really wanted to do is get the car that I wanted. If they had just stuck with what I wanted the deal would have been done. I ended up purchasing the car at Mercedes of South Charlotte. They were wonderful. I even ended up purchasing a car with more options and in a color that I didn't originally want because they really allowed me to make a decision without pressure. My salesman Sean was very nice despite the rest of my experience. More
