Pushy I went to the dealership to purchase a car. I knew that I would more than likely have to order it and was excited about building it from scratch but t I went to the dealership to purchase a car. I knew that I would more than likely have to order it and was excited about building it from scratch but they kept pushing cars with options that I didn't want that were located at other dealerships across the country. The manager came in and kept asking what could we do to get the deal done today with one of the other cars. I felt really pressured when all I really wanted to do is get the car that I wanted. If they had just stuck with what I wanted the deal would have been done. I ended up purchasing the car at Mercedes of South Charlotte. They were wonderful. I even ended up purchasing a car with more options and in a color that I didn't originally want because they really allowed me to make a decision without pressure. My salesman Sean was very nice despite the rest of my experience. More

Vehicle buying experience Lee was great, He was knowledgeable and very patient in spite of the weather and the fact he suppose to get off work 30 minutes after we arrived. I've been to dealers all across Charlotte over the years and had my share of bad experiences, but I feel like I've finally found someone I can trust. I'm glad they sell Mercedes there, because I don't want to buy a car from anyone but Jim at this point. From the beginning, Jim was straight-forward, professional and helpful. He gave me the information I needed to make my choice and listened to what I wanted instead of pushing some sales pitch. When it came to the deal itself, he found solutions to get me in the car I wanted, for the price I wanted to pay, and in the time frame I needed. He understood that I was busy and respected my time. He has personally delivered both cars to my home in Fort Mill, SC for free, and signed the papers at my dining room table. Its truly hard to find this kind of old-fashioned customer service in today's world. For my job, I do sales and customer service training, and as a professional I can tell you he's doing it the right way. It's customer loyalty and satisfaction that really makes a business successful, and they have a great understanding of that at Hendrick Motors. He even brought the car to me on my lunch break so I could test drive it and had all the financing paperwork ready to make sure I could have it done before I got off work. Later that day all I had to do was walk in and sign on the dotted line. They had everything done for me at the price I asked for. People dred spending hours at a dealership haggling and running through the paperwork. I was there for under an hour and was on my way. Super easy. More
