Literally, from the moment I entere I recently purchased a GLK 350 at Hendrick Motors in Charlotte, NC. I must say, the entire process was seamless! Literally, from the moment I entered the dealership until I drove away in my new car, the service I received was exceptional! I was immediately greeted and then introduced to Sean Taffe, my account representative. Sean was extremely knowledgable and friendly throughout the entire transaction. He went on the test drive with me and explained many features of the SUV and answered my many questions about the vehicle. When we returned to the dealership, Sean continued to answer my questions and provided additional information. At no point in the process did I feel "pressured" by him, which was a pleasant change from my experience in other dealerships. Not only was he knowlegable, he was genuinely a warm and kind person, which really gave me the comfort I needed to move forward with the purchase. In addition, he even drove my brother back to his car, so my brother could take my eight year old son home! He went over and beyond for me, and for that, I'm grateful!
