I've been to dealers all across Charlotte over the years and had my share of bad experiences, but I feel like I've finally found someone I can trust. I'm glad they sell Mercedes there, because I don't want to buy a car from anyone but Jim at this point. From the beginning, Jim was straight-forward, professional and helpful. He gave me the information I needed to make my choice and listened to what I wanted instead of pushing some sales pitch. He even brought the car to me on my lunch break so I could test drive it and had all the financing paperwork ready to make sure I could have it done before I got off work. Later that day all I had to do was walk in and sign on the dotted line. They had everything done for me at the price I asked for. People dred spending hours at a dealership haggling and running through the paperwork. I was there for under an hour and was on my way. Super easy. More
