Its the second time that Shea has gotten me in to the vehicle that best suited my needs and desires. Its just incredible the way they handle customers I walked in at 6:30pm to test drive an E Class. Shea and the team had me in a car even better than I had dreamed of and out the door by 9:00pm. The facility is immaculate the attention to detail and the overall kindness have one my loyalty completely. In fact yesterday morning at my dry cleaners. I recommended that my cleaner who is having trouble with his E class purchased at a rival dealership take it up to Hendricks to have it looked at by their service department.
