Its the second time that Shea has gotten me in to the vehicle that best suited my needs and desires. Its just incredible the way they handle customers I walked in at 6:30pm to test drive an E Class. Shea and the team had me in a car even better than I had dreamed of and out the door by 9:00pm. The facility is immaculate the attention to detail and the overall kindness have one my loyalty completely. In fact yesterday morning at my dry cleaners. I recommended that my cleaner who is having trouble with his E class purchased at a rival dealership take it up to Hendricks to have it looked at by their service department. Literally, from the moment I entere I recently purchased a GLK 350 at Hendrick Motors in Charlotte, NC. I must say, the entire process was seamless! Literally, from the moment I entered the dealership until I drove away in my new car, the service I received was exceptional! I was immediately greeted and then introduced to Sean Taffe, my account representative. Sean was extremely knowledgable and friendly throughout the entire transaction. He went on the test drive with me and explained many features of the SUV and answered my many questions about the vehicle. When we returned to the dealership, Sean continued to answer my questions and provided additional information. At no point in the process did I feel "pressured" by him, which was a pleasant change from my experience in other dealerships. Not only was he knowlegable, he was genuinely a warm and kind person, which really gave me the comfort I needed to move forward with the purchase. In addition, he even drove my brother back to his car, so my brother could take my eight year old son home! He went over and beyond for me, and for that, I'm grateful!
