He sold me over the phone and we drove 2 hours to pick up the car from Asheville, NC. I can't say enough about the customer service and this dealership - it was the most modern and cleanest car dealership that I've ever visited! You can actually see the cars being serviced through a large glass window in the waiting room with the name and years of experience of each mechanic next to each car. Our salesman, Sean Taffe, provided incredible customer service and was willing to spend whatever amount of time it took to get me acquainted with my new Mercedes and the incredible technology that came with the car. He has called several times since my purchase to ask how things were going and if he could provide any additional help - I've never experienced this type of after-sale service from any prior dealerships either in NC, CA or NY.
