Extremely positive lease experience I walked into the Hendricks Mercedes dealership and was immediately impressed. Excellent Dealership and Sales Crew! I have had a few bad experiences in the past with dealerships but that was not the case at Hendrick Motors of Charlotte. I worked with Eric on a used car deal and he was very knowledgeable and accomodating during the whole process. I had a few requests to fix minor blemishes and all was taken care of and looked good as new! I would highly recommend Hendrick's for your new/used car needs! More

Great experience leasing a 2016 Mercedes C300 from Hendrick I recently leased a new 2016 Mercedes C300 from Hendrick Motors of Charlotte. Bryan Boney, the sales executive that helped me, was informative and pr I recently leased a new 2016 Mercedes C300 from Hendrick Motors of Charlotte. Bryan Boney, the sales executive that helped me, was informative and professional. After selecting a model and taking a test drive, Bryan located the car I was looking for in Florida with the color and features that were important to me. After a short week Bryan called to let me know the car was in, prepped and ready to go. Once the car came in we finished the vehicle review, turned in my current Mercedes lease and the finance paperwork in just an hour. Bryan even had lunch for me. Needless to say this experience was top notch and I love the car! While I loved my 2014-C250, the new features and ride for the 2016-C300 are a fantastic. You need to take one for a test drive. Be sure to try the Sport + drive setting. I have had the car a couple weeks now and Hendrick Mercedes has been just as attentive after the sale as they were during. Thanks Bryan and Hendrick Motors! A Positive Car Buying Experience I would rate the dealership, it's management and financial personal above average in customer service and expectation. However, I would rate my sells I would rate the dealership, it's management and financial personal above average in customer service and expectation. However, I would rate my sells person Eric Duval outstanding. He made the tedious and sometime stressful task of buying a new car a pleasure. I have been in the service industry for 35 years for a Fortune 500 company and I would gladly have Eric working on my service team. He was attentive, answered all my questions, I never felt pressured, and he did everything possible to get me the exact car I wanted. I also felt like I was he only customer and his most important customer. Even after I purchased my car he has been very accommodating to provide me remedial training, answer any questions, and makes me feel that I'm still an important customer. All these things would make me a repeat customer. I highly recommend Eric. More

I purchased a used car model I had chased all over the Charlotte area with various dealers. Upon my first visit to meet with Shea White I was put at ease that they were going to have my best interests at heart when it came to rates, prices, and other important areas. We quickly and easily worked through the numbers portion and arrived at a figure both sides could love with. It was painless. They got me a strong rate quickly and I was out the door shortly after. I found Shea, Miller, and Derek all easy to work with. No hassles and wasting my time. As I waited for all the paperwork to get processed I was not an afterthought and felt like the employees were genuinely wanting me to be comfortable while I waited. Shea was professional, but also very personable. I will recommend him to friends and family for sure. This was very different to the other 5 dealers I visited in the days before, much better with Shea. More
