I offered 1 hour and I had my new car/ keys in 1 hour! Honestly I hated the car buying process. I knew I could be over talked, over exposed, overwhelming...! So I had a plan, I'll research, find a dealership a car, I was evenn preappproved ...and walk in and just tell them I only have 1 hour. So, I walk in was introduced and greater by a wonderful smile, Mr. Duval when I arrived. I said I only have 1 hour is it possible to leave with a car, his words sure its possible! With my research now out of the window because that car was gone, Eric ask me a few but important questions... Actually listen to my answers, didn't over expose me, WAS HONEST. He even pushed the bar, he incouraged my to try MB finance. With all the push back I gave him, he was wise, never getting defensive, frustrated! He didn't push it to far.. I knew I wouldn't qualify.. But said only throught MB finance no other back. Eric got me a fantastic Interest rate, care I love more than the one I researched..... And I can't believe it out the door on 1 hour! He was the best! I believe his knowledge, honesty andprofessionalism demonstrates the core beliefs of what the Hendrick Team is trying to build! I'm a women, I'm smart, I walked in along .. So not only did I have a lot of confidence in myself I had a lot in this team. Thanks for being understanding to what that means on so many business levels! I share this story more than I realize. Shea White My first visit to Hendrick Motors was back in May of this year when I was just beginning my car search. I truly believe in doing extensive research to My first visit to Hendrick Motors was back in May of this year when I was just beginning my car search. I truly believe in doing extensive research to ensure that I get exactly what I want. I tend to keep cars for a long time, so that's important to me. Upon my visit, I encountered Shea White as my Client Advisor. Shea was very personable, patient (we had our children with us at the time), and prepared for any and every question that my husband and I might ask. After a nice test drive, I thanked him, and informed him that I had other models I was considering. Shea was not pushy not phased by my need to continue my research. We exchanged contact information, and then left. Shea reached out to us occasionally to let us know that he was still available to answer any additional questions about the model I drove. Well, after many months of research and life events, I found my way back to Hendrick Motors and Shea where I was remembered and welcomed back. Shea once again shared his inventory as well as all the benefits a purchase from Hendrick would afford our family. Believe it or not, I still didn't buy that day. However, upon checking the Hendrick Motors website daily, I finally saw something that really sparked my interest in a strong way. I had my husband seat up an appointment with Shea for a test drive, and oh what a test drive it was!!! I had found the car of my dreams!!! I know that if it had not been for the relationship we had built with Shea, his patience, and his outstanding customer service that I would never have made the decision to buy. Additionally, the purchasing process was painless due to Danny Rodriguez and his finance expertise. I can't say enough about my experience at Hendrick Motors.
