Itzik is the most reliable car rep Ive ever experienced, enough soU drive an extra 40 miles to work with him. I bought a ysed E400 from him in October and likedit. He kept in touch , i had toreturn to the service dept and Itzik came over to visit while waiting, we talked anout cars, he suggested why not drive some new ones while I was waiting. We did and I traded my car in for a new one. This was not my plan but I am glad I dud. More

The showroom was large with most models on display, and we were greeted with a friendly reception. After only a short time, we were greeted by Itzik Benisti as our sales consultant. Itzik was most informative, and after only a short while, we were convinced that a Mercedes was the car for us. We made our decision on selecting a car, with every question answered honestly and professionally. Purchasing a car in the past has always been stressful, argumentative and unpleasant. Miller, the sales manager, came to introduce himself after our arrival, and enforced our decision that we were in the right place. After the purchase, both my wife and I felt like royalty. Classy Customer Service Being from out of state, most of my research for a vehicle was done online prior to arriving at Hendrick Motors of Charlotte. My inquiry about a used car was met with a quick response by Bryan Boney over the phone. The details of the purchase as well as preliminary paperwork were handled quickly and efficiently by Bryan during our phone conversation in order to minimize my time at the dealership the following day. There were some minor cosmetic things that needed to be corrected after the purchase of the vehicle. Bryan made sure that I had a courtesy vehicle to use while my vehicle was being repaired and met me more than halfway from the dealership to make the exchange. I went in without a solid model in mind (wasn't even thinking a Benz!), and over the course of our time together he not only educated me on the obvious reasons for why a C250 was a great deal, but also how it would be a solid investment and incredibly dependable now and down the line. He was honest and showed true integrity in his answers and in the ways he discussed price and options with me; I never once felt like I was working with a slick salesguy who wanted a sale. If you want someone who's going to actually make car shopping - dare I say it? - fun and enjoyable, go with Shea and definitely pick Mercedes of Charlotte. I was also overwhelmingly impressed with the service of Business Manager Pete Morreale. Again, he showed true integrity and the utmost amount of professionalism, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this dealership to anyone because of him! They have made a lifelong customer out of me.
