He is a wonderful guy. A thorough salesman (and we wouldn't have expected anything less) but at the same time, a very genuine person who goes several extra steps to make it as seamless an experience as he can for the customer. Shea did a phenomenal job in explaining all the intricacies, carefully driving me to a decision without ever being over bearing. That was a great experience. Generally, in my limited car buying experience, I have come across several aggressive sales folks. Being a corporate banker myself, I know a few of the tricks. But Shea ensured that he was extremely professional, courteous and friendly. While we negotiated on the price, at no point it was done in a bad taste. That was probably the reason, I agreed to go over budget. Shea did a great job in helping us arrive at the right decision. He is a great asset to the franchise - has solid knowledge of his domain, knows how exactly to carry himself with customers and more importantly came across as an extremely humble man, a trait that is difficult to find these days. I'm also very appreciative of the rest of the team, each of whom were extremely courteous and friendly and all of these things made the overall experience extremely wonderful. He is by far the best salesman we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. His knowledge of the vehicles and unassuming manner are what always seal the deal for us. Most salesman can be pushy bordering on rude and brash, but Shea always takes his time with us whether he feels the sale is there or not, letting us come to our own decisions in a timely manner, and as a result he ends up getting the sale. Shea is 2-0 with us now and we expect to buy more cars from him in the future as well. More than once he has stayed after hours to help us complete our purchase. He genuinely seems to care about his customers and their experience and as a result we always end up leaving happy even when we've gone over budget on our car purchase - we always feel like we've made the right decision with Shea. We live 3 hours away from Charlotte but we would never imagine buying a vehicle from anyone other than Shea, he is LITERALLY the reason we make the drive each time we think of buying a car and so far we've never come home empty handed.
