The best dealership ever!!! I had the pleasure of having Itzik as my salesperson. I came back to Hendricks on Independence because my overall experience was great in the past. I was referred to Itzik by a former employee and he was very helpful throughout the entire process. I told him exactly what vehicle I was interested in purchasing, what range I wanted my car note to be in and the color, make and model of my car. Hands own, best salesman ever! Great personality and did everything possible to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. I love my car! Thanks Itzik!!! See you in three years!!! More

Fantastic experience Purchased a CPO Mercedes GL450 from here last week. I walked in and happened to get Shea White as my salesperson, and I seriously couldn't have had a Purchased a CPO Mercedes GL450 from here last week. I walked in and happened to get Shea White as my salesperson, and I seriously couldn't have had a better experience. He was friendly, very knowledgeable which was helpful since I was not familiar with the brand, and not pushy whatsoever. I have been car shopping for about 2 months now and this was by far the best experience I have had at any dealership in and around Charlotte. I had narrowed my choice down to two different cars (different brands), and I must say the experience won me over in getting the Mercedes. Once I made my decision, they made the process very quick and efficient, which we found helpful as we had a babysitter with our children at home. After we purchased the car, Shea took his time helping me set up the car and customizing it to my liking before I left. I would highly recommend working with Shea and this dealership if you are in search of a luxury vehicle. More
