Shady sales agents and poor customer service 3x Lexus owner was about to be a fouth.  Be aware of shady sales agents here.  Stay on your guard with these guys.  They will resort to unethical 3x Lexus owner was about to be a fouth.  Be aware of shady sales agents here.  Stay on your guard with these guys.  They will resort to unethical sales tactics to get you in the door and when you bring it to their attention will basically do nothing.   The service department is excellent.  No issues there.  Lexus is a great product, these guys are unfortunately on the low end of Lexus customer service realm.   There are far better dealerships out there.  My advice after my experience is to do yourself a huge favor and look at other dealerships to make your purchase. More

She spent more than half of her day working with me and my wife from choosing the right model, exterior/interior colors, and never once forgot to check if needed any refreshment. I worked with Milton Jackson and the man is outstanding. Milton knew the answer to every question I asked and followed up with additional info I might find useful. Having owned several models of the Lexus brand, there was no doubt that a Lexus would replace our Lexus. The only question was which dealership we would work with. Living in South Charlotte, Northlake Lexus seems distant, but it was really no different than heading to the airport and well worth the drive. The bottom line is if family or friends are looking for a new car, I encourage them to look at Lexus and when they start their search Northlake will be the place I recommend they start. More
