Very easy to reach and get appointment. Nice thorough inspection of car and easy to understand recommendation. My only complaint is that when a customer has appointment and walks into the desk area and two out of 6 people are NOT with customer or on the phone…..at least make eye contact and say, welcome, we will have someone with you momentarily.
