Made an appointment for a test drive on a used 2015 Avalon. When we got there had to wait 30 minutes before we could see the car. They were "Cleaning it up" They brought it out of the service area running so it would "cool off" yeah it was a hot day. Bought the car as it met my requirements but the next 3 days it wouldn't start without a jump. I replaced the battery myself since the dealer was 50 miles away. The one call I did get through to the Salesman he spoke to the sales manager and they agreed to pay for the battery and would send me a check. That was 2 months ago and they won't return my calls nor have I seen a check. More

Tom Trillin is amazing The managers of our GPS system that we paid for decided to "unmark or name" our destinations. Can only use addresses. Me being very upset about the change I called the manager of our navigation system who told me that the dealership had to solve the problem. so of course I called Dr. Tom at Hendrick Lexus and he did the research and is still working on the changes. I have found the service department a little pricey but they are excellent. Willie is the contact and he is efficient and always has the paperwork ready to go when I arrive along with the loaner while my car is there. Willie always calls to let me know of any problem and give me alternates to fix the issue. When I come to pick the car up, I get a free car wash!! I often talk to Tom Trillin in the sales department and can pretty well tell me about any issue I am having or how to use some feature on the car I did not know existed. He went beyond the call of duty when I recently moved to calibrate the built-in garage door opener to coordinate it with my new garage door. Tom often gives me a heads up on things involving the car. Amazed at his knowledge. More

No information given, played games and wasted my time. I saw a car online that I was interested in. I sent a request online to receive more information, and an internet specialist contacted me. I had specific questions regarding the car such as how much tire tread was left as well as brake pad thickness. Since the car was certified, all of this information should have been readily available to the internet sales assoc. They then told me that a "specialist" would contact me. The specialist contacted me, as well as the general manager Moe Warraich, stating that they would contact me with the additional information. When I asked to see pictures, etc, they started playing games stating that they sent the information. I was actually not getting any emails from them regarding this information from Jon Catt nor Moe. And I found out the real reason why, they were more interested in selling to another person since the car sold within a few days. Emails sent to the general manager Moe Warraich have been unanswered. In my opinion, since they ignored my simple requests, as well as played games, I wouldn't trust them with a car purchase. If one actually had a real problem with a car purchase, I highly doubt they would actually help. Based on my experience, they would just ignore emails and play the whole "oh I sent you the email" game. More
