Wow! Phenominal service! So I brought my car in for routine service last week, this is the second time I have taken my car there for service and frankly, have been blown away So I brought my car in for routine service last week, this is the second time I have taken my car there for service and frankly, have been blown away by how great their service department is. I bought this car 6 months ago and had to take it in twice for routine services because I do drive a LOT of miles, But the speed of check out, the communication, the cleaning of my dirty car, {sorry bout how dirty it was} the repairs that were done, was GREAT! I used to be a mechanic, I can spot when someone doesn't put parts back together correctly and that really annoys me, but this service dept really does a great job! They had to repair something in my dash, and frankly, they did a GREAT job, I am very happy I purchased my car from them, the whole experience has been great, much better then what I had experienced in the past from other dealerships. I will highly recommend both buying and servicing a car from them, and I plan to do more business with them in the future. My service writer was Brian Veal and the mechanic was Phillip Jackson, there were other people who I interacted with but sorry, I don't know names of the other employees in the service department but everyone there had a real team effort in how they do business and I really apricate it!
