I went in for my 30,000 mile appt. Jason(Shermer) was busy with another customer at the time, but per usual greeted me with a huge smile and said give him a quick minute to finish up. I said go ahead, I'm fine and proceeded to take a seat. That right there, is just an example of the kind of person Jason is. Unlike others who didnt acknowledge my presence when I came in. Jason KNOWS of all his customers and GREETS them BY NAME. He treats you and makes you feel special and not like just another dollar sign. Jason is the main reason I DO enjoy coming for my appts. I feel seen and heard. He will ALSO be the reason I would continue to do business at Hendricks Lexus of Charleston.
