Shane and I set down and looked at the truck inventory together so that he could see what I was looking for in a truck. Shane was not pushy at all. He listen to me when we talked about the financial side of getting the truck that I wanted. Shane showed me plenty of trucks that would work for me. I picked out one and Shane started working the deal. When Shane was working the deal another truck came in and he knew I would really like that truck better. He called me and sent me pictures of that truck and it was just what i was looking for. Without hesitation Shane reworked the deal with that truck that came in. I am so happy and pleased with my truck. I was lucky enough to meet a truly honest up front salesman that understood what I was looking for and did not try to put me in something I did not like or want. I would highly recommend to anyone that if your looking to buy a new or used vehicle go to Hendricks KIA of concord and ask for Shane Watson you will not be disappointed in his abilities and professionalism. Chris Horoshak was up front from the first time we talked on the phone and when we met in perso I got a good deal and I paid exactly what was quoted. He searched all the different angles and he got me a good interest rate and a good monthly payment. I would most definitely buy another car from him. Deceitful This dealership is a joke. Alan was very deceitful. We looked at a vehicle that was located at another dealership within the concord auto mall. He sai This dealership is a joke. Alan was very deceitful. We looked at a vehicle that was located at another dealership within the concord auto mall. He said there would be a $200 transfer fee to get the car from NEXT DOOR! After speaking with management we found out this was not the case. Alan was looking to make an easy $200. Sorry but I’m not naive. The dealer also advertised they would give me $4000 above blue book for my trade in only to find out their offer was a complete joke. I ended up shopping around other dealers and was able to get $3000 more than what that dealer offered me for my car as well as buying a comparable vehicle for way less. I will never shop Hendrick again. More
