Hello, I have my Kia 2013 Optima serviced here always and Alex Aponte is generally my Service Advisor. Alex is always courteous and keeps me informed. A few months ago my battery died and AAA thought the problem was my alternator. Lucky for me my car had recently been serviced at Kia, so I know there was no problem with my alternator. I called Alex and asked if I could have my car towed to Kia for service and he didn't hesitate to work me in the schedule that day. When all was said and done, the problem was my battery. Alex is AWESOME and I sincerely appreciated him going above a beyond to take care of the customer. More
