I have to say I was amazed at the patient and professional professionalism of my sales associate Zavier Perry. He answered all of my questions and I had a many, but it was his knowledge of the brand and purchase options they gave me the confidence to purchase a vehicle after six whopping hours at the dealership. I left confident that the Sportage EX was the perfect fit for me. I have to thank Zavier and Lauren and finance for helping this nervous buyer feel confident enough to invest in their brand. I recently took my Kia Sportage in because the low tire pressure indicator came on. Since my SUV is less than three months old, I assumed it was just a faulty sensor. From the moment I arrived, Service pressure indicator came on. Since my SUV is less than three months old, I assumed it was just a faulty sensor. From the moment I arrived, Service Advisor Ethan Briggs greeted me warmly. He was professional, personable, informative, and thorough throughout the entire visit. When I received the inspection video showing that a screw had punctured my tire and it couldn't be repaired, my heart sank. All I could think was, "I have to replace a practically brand-new tire...ugh!" A few minutes later, Ethan came to me with great news. He had taken the time to review the warranty I purchased with my vehicle and discovered that the replacement tire was fully covered. I was so focused on the unexpected expense that I hadn't even thought about my warranty. I truly appreciate that Ethan went the extra mile to look for a solution instead of simply delivering the bad news. This was my first service experience at Hendrick Kia of Concord, and Ethan made it a positive one from start to finish. Excellent customer service like his is hard to find, and he is a tremendous asset to the dealership. Thank you, Ethan, for your professionalism, kindness, and outstanding care! More
I had scheduled service on my 2018 Kia Soul. Before my appointment I received a message about scheduling a consultation for a trade in. Ethan brigs was my service advisor. He got me in quickly and directed me to the waiting area while services were performed. My service included a complimentary 5 point inspection in which everything was explained in clear detail. I did not have any intentions of leaving in a new car today, but Jacob Edgerton met with me to discuss what I was interested, and even though he did not think he would find what I was looking for in my price range, he actually pulled through and found something I could not pass up. My Kia Soul was in good shape, but I needed something a little more spacious. Jacob got me in a 2020 Kia Sportage with all the bells and whistles, only 36000 miles, and very close to my requested monthly payment range. He was not pushy with the sale but we took a look at the vehicle, I took it for a test drive, and took the plunge! Thank you Kia Hendrick for your help today in making a great new investment for me and my family! More
