David Emmer did an excellent job of luring us into the dealership to trade in a leased vehicle. Pampono bought out our leased Pilot & we leased a new CrossTour. When I reached there the sales representative Mr. Frank welcomed us . He started very nice showing us some cars ,even-though the one which we went for was sold the previous day. He showed us a nice 2007 Civic and was going on and on abut the features of that car. As this is the first car I am buying , I felt he was hurrying us to buy that car asking to get the credit score and to make the deal straight away, I felt so bad that he is not even giving us some time to think and even when I was asking my brother a suggestion about this car on the phone, he just went on talking interrupting the conversation. Then we couldn't agree with the price of that car, but I think he didn't like it. He showed me another one with a commercial title and went on talking. My wife didn't even felt sitting there and talking to him,she walked out and I shook my hands with the manager and walked explaining my expected car should not have a commercial title. As we walked to the parking lot , Mr. Frank followed us and said that my wife and I went there for buying a car through the phone. Also the worst thing he said to us is "FOR BUYING A CAR WE SHOULD HAVE SOME EDUCATION AND KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE CARS". I felt so bad and left the dealership. This is the worst experience I had in the US ever. My wife told me that , even this guy is going to give a car for free, we don't want it. We feel so sorry for this guy. He is not fit for this job.We will not recommend Mr. Frank as your sales representative. He spoiled our evening. Jaison. More

Just waisted my time by stating they had a vehicle they did not have in stock... If you are looking for a Ridgeline with Nav, you won't be interested in one with out... Certainly they might have located on did not have in stock... If you are looking for a Ridgeline with Nav, you won't be interested in one with out... Certainly they might have located one in there dealer group, but don't tell a client you have a vehicle in stock if you do not... then try to say how beautiful a black one would be (Because another Dealer in North Florida might be able to trade), when you are looking for a silver...
