I went to this dealership to trade in my wifes '08 Town & Country to lease a '13 Odyssey. My car was in very good condition and based on miles Kelly Blue Book had a trade in value of just over 10k. I told my sales rep I was upside down on the vehicle but wouldn't mind rolling over the difference on my lease as long as I got the Blue Book value and the payment worked out. His manager looked at my car, which I explained I did not have an opportunity to get cleaned as I was asked to come in that day after inquiring online the night before. After being assured that would not make a difference the manger had the nerves to tell me my car was valued under 8k b/c it was in fair condition, the worst condition a car could be valued at. When I explained displeasure w/ this as my car had no engine problems, dents, scratches, or tears on the inside he told me it was the miles that put my car in fare condition and the stains on the inside would not come out. FYI miles don't affect the KBB condition valuation of the car and 3 days latter every stain on the inside was gone after paying $50 to get the car detailed. That weekend Arrigo Dodge, Chrysler, and Jeep gave me 13k for my trade. For what its worth my salesman Anthony Beckner was the only person that pretended to give a xxxx. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this dealership. I truly believe the managers cant be bothered w/ the paperwork that comes with selling a vehicle. More

I had a very nice courteous, and professional salesperson named Carlos Brasil. He was very knowledgeable of the autos & programs that was offered. I test rode two vehicles a Honda Accord and a CR-V.
