Troy worked with us at the dealership and Ronnie was the finance person. They all listened to what we had to say and worked with us. While most of us do not look forward to the process of buying a new car, they made it fairly painless and we walked away happy with the deal and the car. More

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I went to Honda Hendricks in Pompano Beach. The sales person who helped me was Victor. He was helpful. However I told him my budget, and after being t I went to Honda Hendricks in Pompano Beach. The sales person who helped me was Victor. He was helpful. However I told him my budget, and after being there for 5 hours waiting for a credit approval. He come to me with an offer way above my budget. At this time I refused. He told me to wait, he was gonna find a better rate. 2 hours more waiting. He offered me something better, but still above my budget. but I was so tired of waiting that I expected. He told me to go sign the paper work with another person (Ronnie), when I actually got the paper work, it was charging me the previous fee that I didn't except. so the sales person had to come, and talk this guy who was really rude. I gave him a 1500 downpayment check. Ronnie told me come back the next day. i had to go to work. the next day i made an appointment, come back and he wasn't there. had to wait another 3 hours. the have no respect to people. i was again late to work. so i took the car, after 1 month Ronnie calls me, saying that they lost my down payment check, that i had to go there to give them another check. (can you believe this?). so I went there the next day. after one week this guy call me again, saying that they miss calculated my fee, that i had to pay 380 more for plates. this people are unbelievable. they don't know how to do business. are not professional, have no respect. customer service is terrible. after that Mr. Haq told me he was going to call me to get a better deal for all this trouble, to get me warranty, he never called me, never got me the warranty for the car. They gave me the car with 60% of oil usage. Never changed nothing... More

Great Experience! My sales person, Luci Conradi, was a pleasure to deal with. She was accommodating to my wishes in a new vehicle, and worked to get my payments to the My sales person, Luci Conradi, was a pleasure to deal with. She was accommodating to my wishes in a new vehicle, and worked to get my payments to the level I desired. She located the vehicle I hoped to lease, and even went to retrieve it herself, and drove it to my home, so I didn't need to return to the dealership. She fully explained the workings and special features of the vehicle while right out in front of my home. I will gladly work with her again! Ned Brown, the Finance Manager expedited the paperwork, while explaining each document (and there were lots!) in easily understood terms. He did not rush through the process, but efficiently completed the closing. Once again, it was a pleasant experience. More

Used car purchase i saw a car via the internet. I asked for a response. I received one the very next day. i am not sure who contacted me. but she was very helpful. I li i saw a car via the internet. She told me I could come in and reserve the car with a deposit. I came down and was greeted by Luci Conrado. She escorted me to the car. i took it out for a spin. I liked what I saw and put down a deposit. Luci was very nice and informative. She instructed me to let her know when I would be coming back to pick up the car so that she can have it ready for me. I did and she had it road ready. Smooth service. More
