We were greeted promptly at the dealership and Mansur Khawaja introduced himself as our client advisor. He was friendly and professional and located a Fit for us to test drive quickly. He made the process go very smoothly and answered our questions. Ronnie Alimoradi also did a wonderful job as the finance rep. He also answered our questions about financing and made sure we were comfortable with our monthly payment. I found one and needed to know what the likely hood of getting approved for a loan. I went throught the process of getting in touch with someone for questions. Actually to hear back from an actual employee that worked there and not a call center was highly doubtful in my mind. Thought ibwould just get emails filling my inbox, but thats when i found my Angel. Kristin Waldrop started me on a what was that only a dream, to a reality i could actually but this car. Long story short, I only dealt with two people and it was the nicest. Kristin Waldrop I remembered out of everyone. She was the best. Seems so hard working for a young lady. He has a fantastic personality- so funny and personable- besides being knowledgable and good at what he does. James found my car in no time at all. My husband was harder to please, but James never gave up, continued to show us options, and finally found the car to make my husband happy.
