Liars, Like all car salesman. They should be embarrased I started working with Roy Greenblatt to make my purchase. He said he was new, his first day. He was used by the more experienced people to lie to me. Poor guy. He did not show up for work when I was going to buy the vehicle. What kind of salesmen does not show up at the purchase? Richard Lamunno, "Sales manager" (*Cough*) stepped in. He told me I would have to pay $1,000 for the "Certified Guaranty" that adds 1 year engine and Powertrain warranties. Not sure if this is true or not, but I opted in at his request. He added the 1k to the purchase price on Line 1. I should have not let him do this, he should have been made to put it on a separate line. This was my Bad to let him take advantage of me. Later, when I went to pay, I decided to add 4 year bumper to bumper for $1,500, so I think this was part of a scam, I no longer needed the 1k add on, but no one told me. I feel taken advantage of. I requested that the cheap tires on the car be replaced with Michelin's, at my expense, and Richard agreed. He told me if i came back the next day they would put the tires on and I would purchase the car then. After two days of waiting, and no tires, I was forced to purchase the vehicle with the tires that were on it. Lamunno clearly never even bothered to order the tires, then did not shop up to sell me the car. The people here are nice but they need more of them. Guys like Lamunno should just be let go, he did not do his job and lied to my face. How sad. Car salesman have not changed in all these years. Bottom of the crop. More
Best dealer experience! I visited Hendrick Honda because I chose to purchase a car through the Costco Auto Program and I was looking for an end of the year Honda CRV. Richar I visited Hendrick Honda because I chose to purchase a car through the Costco Auto Program and I was looking for an end of the year Honda CRV. Richard and I went over the options they had available. I wanted a specific color which wasn't available in the 2017 inventory. Turns out they had 2018 Honda CRV in the model and color that I wanted and they were able to meet the pricing I needed to purchase. This was a very easy purchase without the constant back and forth to come up with a price. Came back that afternoon to pick up the car and finish the purchase with Ronnie in Finance. The process was straightforward and I'm happy enjoying my new car. Thanks to all involved! More

Thankfully, it was a mistake but how come a dealership--esp. one that owns nearly 100 car dealers--make this blatant mistake. We called up and left a message for the General Manager Mark Stromberg, but he never had the decency to return our call. Despite buying a dozen cars from this dealership and what it was before, Pompano Honda, they seem to care less about it. Customers are numbers to them, not people. Also, should mention that the Finance Manager, Ned Brown, tried to shake us down for extra money, even though we already had a deal, very disappointing service. They make it clear you are not important to them! More

He was extremely knowledgeable about the many new features. He took the time to demonstrate features with which we were completely unfamiliar. His attitude throughout the process was congenial, friendly, and sympathetic. We purchased the car.
