Can not get FIAT WARRANTY to even call me back. My car has a warranty repair. I was told I would be able to service it where I bought it. Roseville, CA). Rental car has been turned in twice. They’ve had my car three weeks! NO ONE WILL TELL ME OR THE DEALER WHAT IS GOING ON. I am contacting channel 3 in the morning and every TV Station with news in my area. This is outrageous ! I am writing to local newspapers. No one will help me. Paid cash for my car. Nice way to do business. Take the money and then totally screw the consumer. I hate this car and if I EVER SEE IT AGAIN I AM SELLING IT. More

A wonder experience I went to Alfa Romeo just to look at what the vehicle had to offer, when I entered the parking lot I was greeted by a nice gentleman named Johnathon h I went to Alfa Romeo just to look at what the vehicle had to offer, when I entered the parking lot I was greeted by a nice gentleman named Johnathon he was very knowledgeable of the brand and we even went to take one for a spin. Even though I didn't purchase one today I'll be sure to come back and get one because of the easy going atmosphere and the nice hospitality that Jonathan gave. More
The Dealership Never Sent The License Plates ! Car was purchased end of October 2016 as a 35th wedding anniversary gift , we can not drive the car because Hendrick Fiat Of Cary, N.C. never sent the Car was purchased end of October 2016 as a 35th wedding anniversary gift , we can not drive the car because Hendrick Fiat Of Cary, N.C. never sent the license plates. I dealt with Mr. Luke Lavoie -Salesman and Mr Mohamed Ali Zaoui -Finance Manager. All calls and texts have gone unheeded.I also have called Hendrick Dealerships Corporate Office and have yet to hear back. I have since read other reviews and public court cases involving some of Hendricks various dealerships to find many illegal business practices they have been accused of , found guilty and have paid fines in the millions of dollars. I hope that my experience will help protect you to avoid the illegal, unethical business practices that I have experienced. More
Don't bother with the Service Dept. Don't bother going to Hendrick Fiat to get your fiat fixed. I needed the convertible roof to be fixed and they don't even have service people trained Don't bother going to Hendrick Fiat to get your fiat fixed. I needed the convertible roof to be fixed and they don't even have service people trained to work on this. Not only that, but I had to wait almost 2 hours for them to tell me that because the guy helping me didn't even know that they couldn't service my convertible top. What a waste of time! More

That was 2-2-16 and after talking with the financial guy Muhamad and the general manager they acted like they did not know who I was and no one knew anything. Then after that could not get anyone to all me back or email me. Never could get up with Samir who sold me the car. Then my windshield cracked sitting in the shed for 2 weeks. Nothing hit it so I was finally able toget an appoint for 4-16-16 and they ordered the part and Ken took digital pictures of my windshield and agreed it looked like nothing hit it however he had to send the picture into fiat warranty for approval which would just take about 4 days. He even gave me his number. After a couple of weeks I called and left a message and after several attempts he called me back and said he had not heard anything and would resubmit. I have yet heard back from Ken and after numerous calls with no return from anybody about 21/2 weeks ago called fist corporate.ironically enough they can't get up with anyone either. However they did find out that the digital pictures ken took weren't good enough and now they want pictures taken again it is now 5-27-16 and am unable to get anyone to tell me when to bring it in and the crack in my windshield has doubled in size. It starting to look like I might have to get legal assistance to get my car fixed. If I could rate them a zero I would. Have bought probably 10 new cars in my lifetime and have never encountered anything like this. Run don't walk away from this dealership. More

I've called everyone I could possibly think of to dissolve this issue, but I keep getting the run around or no returned phone calls or emails. I've never experienced anything like this on a car lot before. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone!! More

I'd like to thank Chip Matthai for making sure even though he couldn't help me himself, that I was taken care of. The two woman who helped and took care of me were great, I'm sorry I don't remember their name, don't believe i got their cards. Management and finance really went out of their way to help me in my situation and get me intro the vehicle I really wanted. Thank you hendricks fiat of Cary for the wonderful shopping experience, I absolutely love my mini. More
Weak service department I've purchased two cars from the dealership. Both experiences were very positive and I have loved my cars. The problem lies with the service departmen I've purchased two cars from the dealership. Both experiences were very positive and I have loved my cars. The problem lies with the service department. They just don't return communications- including the manager. When I finally did get an appointment and asked to speak to him he blew off my complaint. It's a shame that I'll never be able to buy another Fiat because of it, but knowing that I can't get my car serviced means that I have to buy a different make with a service department that returns phone calls and emails. More
