If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is the absolute worst dealership I have ever stepped into. I would like to say that I am exaggerating, but I am not in any way. It started in February I was looking at the last 2014 FIAT they had on the lot, it was also the cheapest. Went in and was constantly lied to and mislead on how i can use rebates and anything. Ultimately I was told that they just couldn't do anything for me, that they had submitted as many applications as they could. Turns out, that was not the truth. I checked my credit report just recently, and not a single inquiry has gone on my score. They did not try at all. and this is from 6 visits total. These people do not care one bit about you as a customer, and if you do not have a few thousand down or are not purchasing in full, they do not want to deal with you because they do not make commission. These are horrible salesmen and women. The only decent person working there is Justin Gerard, the studio lead but even then he has no clue what he is doing. Also, they will avoid every phone call you send, every text, and will not return any phone call even for a simple update on your situation. More
FIAT Studio turned a bad experience into a very positive one I would like to share, with anyone considering buying a new or used FIAT (or any car, I would believe), my experience with Hendrick Alfa Romeo FIAT of I would like to share, with anyone considering buying a new or used FIAT (or any car, I would believe), my experience with Hendrick Alfa Romeo FIAT of Cary. I first contacted the Studio about a certain FIAT 500L Trekking (6-speed manual) that was listed on their website. I had bought a FIAT 500L EASY (automatic) from another dealership, in April of last year, and was not at all pleased with the automatic. In essence, I wanted to work a deal to trade-in my Easy for the Trekking. I put my contact information in the inquiry form at the website and later received a call from Justin G., the Studio Manager. We spoke about what I wanted to do and why, he told me that he would see what he could do. Without going into the details of my particular transaction, let me say that I am more than pleased at what Justin was able to accomplish. Unequivocally, I received more support from Justin, trying to make this deal happen, than I got from Chrysler corporate. The FIAT brand needs more people, like him, if they really want to be successful here in North America. The details of my own business transaction, aside, I want to mention that I drove nearly 3 hours, from western North Carolina, to Raleigh. When I arrived I was impressed with the Studio. The Alfa Romeo 4C, in the showroom, is certainly something to admire. I met with Justin and two sales associates; Solange and Brandon. All very courteous and professional. They really know their product, that is for certain and enjoy talking about the current FIAT line and the additional Alfa Romeo models to be imported in the coming years. It was a very pleasant buying experience. Typically I don't like being in car dealerships. Many times, in the past, I've felt that the sales people are trying to get as much from me as they can, but it is a necessary evil of buying a car. I don't know, perhaps it's just me. But, then again, I'd never been to this dealership. I have to say that the buying experience from dealing with Justin, Brandon and Solange in sales and Edison in finance was extremely positive. I think that the deal I got was, unbelievable, and the treatment that I got was peerless. On the three hour drive back home, I called my sister to tell her about my experience with this Studio. She told me that her husband had bought a BMW from Hendrick of Cary and was also pleased. In closing I think that it is important to ask these questions, during any car buying experience: 1) Do you feel that you got a good deal and were treated fairly? Yes, absolutely. 2) Would you recommend this dealership to anyone else? Yes, without a doubt. 3) Would you do repeat business, in the future, with these people? Yes, no doubt. And it is a 3 hour drive for me. I think that the Five stars that I've given this Studio are merited and well deserved. I hope that your experience at this Studio is as positive as mine. More

A week ago, the cover for the airbag on our Fiat literally fell off while driving on October 28. No fault of ours, just fell off. They took pictures of the steering wheel, and we even emailed them a picture of the steering wheel we took after it happened. We were told by Coy Bridges, one of their Service Advisors, it would take a couple of days. I asked why, and we were told that they needed to get approval to get this fixed, even though this is under warranty. We called last week, talked to a woman that answered the phone, she seemed to get irritated that I was asking so many questions. I have made several attempts today, November 4, and have gotten a hold of no one. I am running out of options because we feel this is a safety issue, and would love to have it fixed. With this bad of service, i would not recommend using any Hendrick Dealer in NC. More
I have left several voice mail messages to schedule service and no return phone calls, including one to the manager of the service department. This is the second car I have purchased from the Hendrick service and no return phone calls, including one to the manager of the service department. This is the second car I have purchased from the Hendricks dealership and each time after the sale their service has been sub-par compared to all other service departments. When purchasing a car it is important to have great service to stand behind the companies you represent, in this case and in many others, they have not done so well. I have shared this experience with friends and we all feel the same way about this dealership but none of them have reported this anywhere. Hopefully we all provide feed back accordingly to our experience, I gave them OK because when we get in and they work with us they usually fix / perform the service properly. not sure why this has not improved in the seven years we have been using them. looking for a new car and this dealership will not be on the short list because of their service department. Found all the Fiat's on ebay and contacted Hendrick Fiat through ebay. I won't say who the first person that contacted me was because... He Could Not Sell Me A Car. Maybe he figured I was going to be a Hard Nut to Crack and handed me off to Kurt? The closest I'd been to a new Fiat 500 was driving by one. Read numerous reviews and decided to go for it. After about a 1/2 dozen phone calls we made a deal and the car was delivered the next day. I've driven the Fiat 50ish miles and I love the car. I'm going to eliminate two of our "extra" cars with the Fiat (a Z3 and a VW Jetta). Thanks Kurt! More
My husband and I came to the dealership not intending to buy that night until Jasmine came to the car window and asked us if she could help us. We then got out of our car and looked at the fiats. My husband saw them on the tv and wanted to look at them. With Jasmines friendliness and knowledge we ended up taking car home for the weekend for trial. Came back that monday and bought it. The car is great. Drives well and has many wonderful features. I'm just due one more item that should have come to me to help me manage my gas mileage. This is my second time buying from this dealer, once was around a year ago and I think they were first getting going and there were some mixups on some paperwork which I can easily understand and it all wor around a year ago and I think they were first getting going and there were some mixups on some paperwork which I can easily understand and it all worked out and I bought a 2012 Sport, love the car and Amir was a great salesman to work with, he really know a great deal about the product and has owned two of them due to his appreciation of the product he sales. After about a year I traded my Sport for a 2013 Abarth, again I spoke with Amir and he was more than helpful even to the point he showed me some things about his own that helped me know which direction I wanted to go in the future, Kurt and Greg were laid back and helpful in explaining anything and everything, overall I can't really imagine anyone having a bad experience with these guys, even the service department during routine maintenance and one small issue that came about were very helpful and pleasant, something many dealers cannot claim! When I did have a problem I had a vehicle to drive and they worked promptly to get me going again, also while awaiting the delivery of my Abarth Amir would call or email me with updates occasionally to let me know where things were with it and he has become somewhat more of a friend than a salesman in that we have spoken in person at local car meets and via email/phone, great guy and your best choice (I think) if you want to get a FIAT of your own, call or go by, you won't be dissapointed! More
