Disappointing Experience I am so disappointed to say the least. I live in Myrtle Beach and traveled here to get the best "deal" on a jeep. With the experience I have had, I will buy locally only! From the beginning, unfortunately our sales person just did not have it together. We had financed our car ourselves and when we arrived to do paperwork, we waited for an hour and half when most of everything was done. It was really disappointing that you only get $15 of gas when you purchase a car. I have never heard of that before. When you make the 2nd largest purchase that you will ever make besides your home, its sad the most you will get is $15 of gas. With past experiences, you receive a full tank of gas. We were promised that a 2nd key would be mailed to us, that never happened. We had to make phone calls about our license plate tag because our paper tag had expired without us receiving our new tag in the mail. We had sent them everything they needed the week of purchasing the car so there were no delays. The most upsetting thing is, I purchased my vehicle just over a month ago and it already needs service! It has a touch screen in which the FM Radio portion will not work. It is "frozen". I called to set up an appointment this morning for service and wanted to ensure that this was covered. I was assured it was however there was a $100 deductible. This was never discussed with us when purchasing the car. NEVER in my life have I heard of a "deductible" for something that is covered under a warranty. This is very discouraging and I can't say that I can recommend this place. More

The only positive customer service I've had was with my salesman, Adam Wells. After that it's been nothing but poor attitudes and misinformation. Most recently, I had a service appointment scheduled for 9am and when I arrived at 845 I was told told my car wouldn't be able to be looked at for at least 2 hours. What's the point of scheduling appointments when walk-ins get priority over you. When I went to the front desk to ask about the wait I was told in a very defensive manner that I needed to see someone else because all he was handing was oil changes and didn't know anything else. How was I supposed to know that??? Long story short, don't deal with this dealership unless it's your very last option. More

It started with Jeff and Allen Thomas with their honesty and sincerity helping me with a problem I had. Under no circumstances were they obligated and they certainly was not making any money. What they did was help a person because that is the type of people they are. They won my trust and not one day have I ever regretted not staying with them. They actually treat me as if I was a part of their family. Then I met Dania Flaverney 2 years ago when I decided to buy a truck, Well I thought Jeff and Allen were pretty awesome, Dania is right there with them. He loves people and loves to help them, and that is exactly what he did for me again today 6-30-16 when I traded in my truck for a new 2016 Ram. Honest and sincere, with a beautiful heart I could never see myself going or dealing with anyone else. These guys go out of their way for you and I can not say enough times it is sincere. They seem to have great team work and communication most times. Where they dropped the ball a little was with struggle of juggling many tasks during busy day with many customers. Just saw room for growth in the area of learning how to work smarter and prioritize tasks so that customer feels they are being treated as professionally and respectfully as possible. I gave them a break because it was a Friday and Saturday that I did business with them and the weather was nice so many customers was to be expected. What I did not appreciate was such long wait that seemed to be more from staff being overwhelmed by amount of tasks rather than normal processes. As a new customer, I didn't know of who may be new and just learning the ropes which can also make business not run as smoothly. Overall, I would say they have great customer service. The guys explained thoroughly any questions asked. The salesmen were not pushy and presented themselves as honest and genuine. The salesman, Dania, that helped me with my purchase has great smile and great customer service. He went above and beyond to help me find car of my liking. He also took me to their off site location to look at other vehicles in the process. I highly recommend Neuwirth Motors and I would do business with them again. There are at least two others that I'd like to acknowledge but can't remember their names. One, I believe, is AJ..younger white male in business dept. The other is coworker of Dania who came to offer his assistance while Dania was finishing up with another customer. More

When I left Neuwirth, I knew that I had a knowledgeable man assisting me and he would be there to answer any questions I may have in the future. I have made a couple of calls to Mark asking about tire rotation and oil change dates, I always got immediate attention and my jeep was serviced promptly. Purchased 2016 Jeep Patriot I was not expecting Neuwirth Motors to be able to help me purchase a car. My credit was not the greatest but not only did they do just that but they I was not expecting Neuwirth Motors to be able to help me purchase a car. My credit was not the greatest but not only did they do just that but they put me in a brand new 2016 Jeep Patriot. I have never owned a new car. I see several of their employees daily at the gas station where I am an assistant manager. I walked onto their lot and saw a very familiar face. Devon Esteves greeted me with the same smile I see when he comes into my store. I was very pleased with all he did to make me and my daughter feel welcome and get me approved for the loan. Everyone that I talk to that day was very helpful. Thank you all so much for helping me. More
