We cannot thank our Salesman, Adam Wells enough! ! My husband finally pulled the trigger to buy his new RAM the night before we hit the road for 7 weeks. Adam was so amazing to go to our house, pick ! My husband finally pulled the trigger to buy his new RAM the night before we hit the road for 7 weeks. Adam was so amazing to go to our house, pick up the truck to put on the new tags when they arrives (so we would not be illegal when we got home) and have some add on equipment installed for us! I was down in Wilmington over the holidays visiting my son and his fiancé when I had a DEF system issue pop up on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Thankfully, Hendrick’s was able to get me in in a few days. The pr son and his fiancé when I had a DEF system issue pop up on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Thankfully, Hendrick’s was able to get me in in a few days. The problem was resolved the first time, but the experience was the best part. Khristine was welcoming and friendly despite it being extremely busy. But she also went above and beyond by lobbying for the customer’s concern about warranty coverage exclusion and working with her management to get it covered! I had no idea she was doing so, so the call I got telling me they had gotten it covered was unexpected! VERY happy with the quality of work and support from Hendrick's and thrilled with the support by Khristine Haar! More
