The morning after my jeep was towed I was contacted by the service adviser ( Aaron Marchese ) .my jeep had been diagnosed 4 days early and Neuwirth was ready to perform the repairs . Aaron kept us informed at every step of the repairs. Our wrangler was ready 4 days earlier than the original appointment .Great job. Good people to work with . YES I RECOMMEND NEUWIRTH !!!!!!!!! More
Worst service center As long as you pay them than they are happy. They don’t care about anything but taking your money. Even though it took a few weeks to jet my JKU back (not because of service Jeep proper) Aaron called me every few days go give an update. I received a loaner vehicle and forgot a very important item in the car to me and it was turned in and they called for me to pick it up. I refuse to go anywhere else!!!!! (5) Stars all around!!! My salesman, Allen Ronk, made it such a pleasurable experience. Originally I was looking into a used Grand Cherokee, but then I learned that another vehicle (that also fit my wish list) had just came in. After a late afternoon test drive I arranged to come back in the next morning to buy it. When I arrived the vehicle was ready and I felt like everyone there was on their game and didn't waste any time getting me taken care of. Allen, especially was very patient with my questions. Next thing you know I'm on the road my (new-to-me) car! More

Worked with Allen Ronk who was so incredibly patient with my wife and I during our search for the perfect 2018 Wrangler. We knew nothing about Jeeps when we walked in there and Allen explained everything from how to take the top off, the difference between JL/JK, the changes between 2017 and 2018, etc. He was very knowledgeable and was committed to finding us the exact Jeep we wanted. I can't stress enough how much Allen over-communicated with us, keeping us updated daily on his search, what he had found that was a close match, letting us know when he found the perfect match, and working back and forth with the price for us. It was a pleasure to have him help us and we will be back to see him in 2 years when my wife's lease is up. Thanks for everything! More
Extremely poor service and do not care about customers Called last week and made appointment for today to replace broken seat belt detractor. They put me on hold and to confirm they had the part. Took jeep in per their "earliest possible" schedule and left it. They texted back 4 hours later and said they have to order the part - they don;t have it. No apologies, no nothing. Customer service is no concern of theirs. More

From day 1, couldn’t get anyone to return my calls and voicemails and if I did, they would say they would call me back. I’ve had multiple transactions from this dealership before and I thought I would get treated better on this 3rd transaction. So this time I was selling a car to the dealership. I was made an offer. I declined at the time. Called into the dealership and spoke to the used car manager about the offer. Was told I could come in and they would honor the original offer. Brought the car in. Had 70 more miles on it than when I was in 9 days before. The used car manager couldn’t offer me the same. I even had it detailed for them. They went back on their word. They will tell you anything they want you to hear on the phone to get you in the door. I have family that is looking to buy a new Wrangler and I will make sure they do not come here. You’ve lost a great customer due to your lies and lack of customer service from multiple people at your dealership and future new car purchases. ALSO, I was owed back money from them purchasing my vehicle and was promised they would call me by Wednesday of that next week to have me come pick up the check. I called Saturday morning and it took the 6th call for someone to actually say I can come by to get it. Everyone else said they would call me right back and then when I called back after hours of waiting they made up another excuse. What a shame this dealership is. More
