May the 2nd, 2025 This past Wednesday, I had an appointment with the Service Department at Hendrick (Jeep, Chrysler, RAM, Dodge). The appointment was to have my truck serviced. I requested that, appointment with the Service Department at Hendrick (Jeep, Chrysler, RAM, Dodge). The appointment was to have my truck serviced. I requested that, in addition to the Service Technician changing my oil and filter, he/she thoroughly 'look over' my truck and perform any other maintenance/service that was deemed necessary. The Hendrick Technician who performed the service was Johnathan Davis, a technician with whom I trust greatly! In addition to performing the requested oil change, Johnathan determined my truck needed new front brakes, and he installed the new brakes. It truly is most rewarding to know that when I take my truck to the Hendrick Service Department, I can trust the personnel to take the very best care of my vehicle. I would be remiss if I did not also commend the Service Manager, Mike Ellis, and the Service Writer, Katherine Haar, for their kindness, their courtesies, and the professionalism that they always show towards their customers! I also feel compelled to commend other personnel at Hendrick who always exhibit a genuine and sincere caring attitude towards each and every customer that comes to this Dealership. Alan Thomas, the General Manager, is absolutely "the best"! He has definitely surrounded himself with extremely competent, knowledgeable, thoughtful, considerate, and respectful personnel who work in sales, management, service, finance, etc ...... Whenever I have the need to go to Hendrick, I always know that my experience with this Dealership will be one that is most pleasant.
