I always feel welcome at Performance Acura no matter how minor the problem. The service advisors listen carefully to my concerns and the shop does its best to promptly address them. I went to Performance after leaving another Acura dealership the day before. I was very pleased with the service. I own a 2004 Acura TL and have been taking it to Performance Acura for all of its service needs since it was new. The car currently has 147k-plus miles on it and it drives like the day I drove it o Performance Acura for all of its service needs since it was new. I have always been amazed at the consistantly high level of service delivered by the staff at Performance Acura. Any issues with the car are diagnosed, communicated with time and cost for repair and, refreshingly, without trying to oversell unnecessary work. All repairs are done right the first time. A truly no hassle experience in every way. They have built a level of trust that really is the foundation of any client/provider relationship. I have even joked with them that if I had more money, I would break my car on purpose just so I could come in more often. THEY ARE THAT GOOD! I cannont recommend them enough. More

I rate this dealership Great because of their steller customer service. My experience with other dealerships,there is no comparison and does not match the customer service at Performance Acura of Chapel customer service.
