Just drove in with annoying broken console latch. Andrew Gloc saw the problem, checked to see if the part was in stock, checked if an installer was available, and the car was ready in 15 minutes incl Andrew Gloc saw the problem, checked to see if the part was in stock, checked if an installer was available, and the car was ready in 15 minutes including a wash job. Clinton got me checked in quickly, and the service technician 9915 (apologies - I did not get their name) got to work immediately, getting my service done well within the required timeframe.
