Just drove in with annoying broken console latch. Andrew Gloc saw the problem, checked to see if the part was in stock, checked if an installer was available, and the car was ready in 15 minutes incl Andrew Gloc saw the problem, checked to see if the part was in stock, checked if an installer was available, and the car was ready in 15 minutes including a wash job. Because I had the spring from the broken latch, the price was right and Andy really showed what the word service meant. Not something one experiences every day. great job. More
Andy provided excellent service and explained a number of optional tasks and provided guidance on the merits and timing of when to have the tasks undertaken. Fantastic service as always. I came in after making a very short-term appointment (basically a walk-in) with a quite short window of opportunity to have the work done. Clinton I came in after making a very short-term appointment (basically a walk-in) with a quite short window of opportunity to have the work done. Clinton got me checked in quickly, and the service technician 9915 (apologies - I did not get their name) got to work immediately, getting my service done well within the required timeframe. Had a brief chat with Matt and Cam regarding possible future projects - always a pleasure when the staff remembers who you are and what you’re working on. Would (and have on numerous occasions) definitely recommend Hendrick Acura Southpoint for any and all service needs. More
