Person answering the phone for sales told me my target price was realistic, and dealership was motivated, so it would be worth my while to drive an hour to the dealership. The sales manager, Jennifer, was rude, and treated me as though I was trying to rip them off. Supposedly her pre-owned cars were top of the line. Two days after receiving the car, I noticed a small chunk out of the front tire, glove box lock missing, cup holder missing chrome ring, and a noise coming from steering. Luckily a dealership closer to me (Nanuet, NY) repaired/replaced all items except the tire under warranty. The new tire was $200. The sales person David at Helms Bros. was very nice/helpful, but I would never purchase from this dealership again. More
