All of the Certified Pre-Owned vehicles at Helms Bros. go through a rigorous 162-point inspection designed by Mercedes-Benz, which you can read about here: http://www.mbusa.com/mercedes/cpo/multipoint_inspection. As you can imagine before Mercedes-Benz will put their stamp of approval (and a century-old international brand) on a vehicle to certify it, that vehicle has to be in tip-top condition. We're sorry that you felt this was not the case in this instance. As you stated, our Pre-owned Manager worked with you directly to try and resolve the issue. Our dealership was surprised to hear you were still unpleased with the service you received and we promise to work harder to serve you better in the future. Nonetheless, rest assured that Helms Bros. takes accusations of mistreatment or consumer bias very seriously, even more so of our female customers, as our General Manager and Sales Manager are both female. In fact, our dealership often prides itself on not being a "boys' club" like other automotive businesses. In closing, we are sorry your experience was not satisfactory and we hope you'll give us another chance to serve you in the future.
