After leasing an Explorer, we was shown how to use (& possibly program!) the features on this car that took about an hour. The finance manager was detailed and very personable. The dealership is very clean and spacious. The new car manager greeted us and explained the the various trim levels of both the F150 & Explorer. Also the differences between leasing and purchasing. All in all, a very positive experience. More

Oil Change & Tire Rotation Experience was good as usual except. Two days after the visit the tire pressure light/alert came on.
