Jaman listened to me and respected the fact that I had done my research and wasn’t interested in anything except what I knew I wanted. He was able to find me the vehicle I needed at the price I needed with minimal haggling. They set everything up in the vehicle for me (phone connected, blue tooth, app installed, etc) and were genuinely excited for me. I would highly recommend Heiser and especially Jaman! More

Riding in Style! People often ask me why I drive from south of Chicago to Milwaukee to purchase my vehicles. I've owned five vehicles in 38 years and three of them have come from Heiser because of Chris Meyer. I trust him. It makes a huge difference. No haggling. No buyer's remorse. A level of discretionary effort that exemplifies professionalism, pride in what he does, and care for the customer's needs. It's apparent that his modeling good behavior is paying off because Holly handled my documents and finance work, and she was outstanding and efficient. I even want to give kudos to Brandi Winfrey for helping me get my vehicle programmed. He stepped in to help everything go quickly and smoothly. I had an early afternoon appointment back in Chicago and everyone was working to be sure I made the meeting. Finally, I always appreciate Chris' follow-up calls. This time, I got one during the drive back to Chicagoland to say "thank you" and to see how I was enjoying the ride in my MKZ. The next was a day or so later, just to "check-in" to see if things were going well and if I had any questions. Good service is worth the drive every time.
