I had my front brake pads and rotors replaced memorial weekend. I started hearing a rattle 2 weeks after the brakes were replaced. I took the car in on 6/7 and was told the brake pads that were put on my weekend. I started hearing a rattle 2 weeks after the brakes were replaced. I took the car in on 6/7 and was told the brake pads that were put on my car were too short and that the “give” was causing the rattle. They had to order new parts and told me my car was safe to drive until I could bring it back in which was today 6/11. I had the brakes redone today with no charge however I was told today that the brake pads were not to short but defective which was concerning as well. It’s hard to write everything down that was explained to me but I feel that the overall concern that was given to me regarding defective brakes was minimal. It’s a safety concern in my eyes. No apologies for the inconveniences it caused me either. I’m super dissatisfied and disappointed in the customer service I received today (6/11). I feel my safety was compromised and feel I deserved better customer service and a partial or total refund for my inconveniences. This is the last car I buy and have serviced by Heiser. My car is older and I was going to trade it in later this summer but will take my service elsewhere. More

This was an issue that should be covered under extended warranty for my 2013 Chevy Cruze. However, those fluid levels have been stable for weeks. I went to another mechanic that I trust to not overcharge me, he replaced the valve cover and my issue was remedied. More
