First time I went there they said my broken rear windshield wiper wasnt covered under warranty, went somewhere else and it was covered. Next time they tried charging me for an oil change when I spec windshield wiper wasnt covered under warranty, went somewhere else and it was covered. Next time they tried charging me for an oil change when I specifically told them not to do anything unless I approved. Then ij the matter of a couple a couple weeks the diag fee more than doubled in price and when I asked another customer service employee, they said the diag was like $100 less than what the first person said.
