It took them over a week to get ahold of me to make an appointment to get it fixed. It was fixed very nicely after all the wait. It was missing a part in the box for the goose neck. Hitch. Plastic little inseit took them 3 weeks to get the part and they were supposed to delivery a week ago and finally I went down and got it. More

I have already submitted this about the terrible service I had. Not sure who Megan even is. My experience was horrible. I made an appointment you canceled it. But it took 6 weeks to find out that the part was actually in nobody called me I had to call and check myself. I could go on and on but I'll leave it at that for now. More
I made an appointment a few days earlier, once I arrived I was told you couldn't keep that appointment time.
