I was referred to Heiser in part by friend of a friend, and in part by their ever playing radio ads. I went to Heiser after going to several other local dealerships. I knew exactly what I wanted, and knew and in part by their ever playing radio ads. I went to Heiser after going to several other local dealerships. I knew exactly what I wanted, and knew that the car would have to be ordered. When I arrived George K. was very helpful. He let me test drive the Cruze Diesel on the highway, something the competitor dealership would not allow. When we got back to the store, Brian C., the store manager, helped spec out the car. Over the phone Brian told me he would beat the competition's price, and when it came down to finalizing the price, he came in right where I expected. No surprises there. I never felt pressured to buy, even though I was placing the order! (something unique to Heiser) After 8 weeks, and me curiously bugging Rich B. for status updates (he was very helpful and always gave me an update), the car arrived. When going over the car, I noticed a defect in the paint, and the Body Shop agreed to fix this asap. Brian and George made sure that I was satisfied with the service, and apologized repeatedly for any inconvenience. In Summary- The Staff is very friendly, not pushy. Anything truly is possible, and besides having the best price, they offer quite the preferred owner package! I would recommend Heiser Chevrolet to anyone in the market for a vehicle! More

The times table for getting the work done was off by over a week. Did not call with a status report after saying there would be one. Michael was a fantastic salesman. He showed me what I wanted and in the price range i was looking for. He was very personable and was also very straight and to the point which as a saleswoman I very much wanted and in the price range i was looking for. Michael also brought out the service manager to answer any and all of my questions that i had about the vehicle's engine that he himself could not answer. He was always one step ahead of the game when it came to paperwork and made buying a truck as painless as possible. I didn't have to play the "waiting game" for things to go through on the company's end and always made sure everything was correct and ready to go when I came to pick up my new Truck the next day. His customer service was impeccable and does't even come close to anyone I have ever had to deal with when it came to buying a vehicle. Michael was always friendly and asked if I was comfortable or needed anything to drink. He showed me around the sales floor and where the appropriate bathroom was. He also has a great relationship with his other team members as well as his manager, the internet sales manager and the service manger. I was so pleased to meet him and do business with Michael. When I need to buy another car it will definitely be from him. I will always recommend Michael and refer him to business associates, friends, and family when they are in the market for purchasing a car as well. Mike is a friendly and helpful person. He was all alone and things were a bit hectic but he took care of everyone. He answered all my questions, even ones I thought were "dumb". I had my first oil chang and things were a bit hectic but he took care of everyone. He answered all my questions, even ones I thought were "dumb". I had my first oil change on my 2013 Impala. When the car was ready, I paid the cashier and was told it was parked outside. It was raining very hard and Mike arranged to bring the car back in the garage, so I would stay dry. I really appeciated the extra service. I have been a Heiser customer for years and always recommed it to my friends. They have honest sales people, a helpful manager and finance people and a great service department. More
