Over the course of 3 non-consectative days, Greg showed his patience and the value(s) of my short list of choices. The other 2 Chevy dealers (considering the same model/trims/color) could only be within $800 to $1.2K of Heiser Chevy. And also having compared comparable model/class of vehicles from Honda,Nissan,Ford,Dodge and Toyota,for our needs/applications, of use the Equinox suited us best and for budget. I went to Heiser Chevrolet in West Allis, Wi because they had the lowest overall pricing on their inventory, the customer service was better than any other dealer I had been to in recent memory. The dealer was willing to work with me to get the vehicle I desired for the best possible price. Which was great, because it was my first purchase of a newer vehicle through a dealership. My salesperson Afrim Dzelili was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased, and if he didn't have an answer for a question he went above and beyond to find it. The finance manager Chris Chesniak, did his best to get the best possible finance rate available, he was quite knowledgeable and was able to explain the contract without causing confusion and would go into greater detail about the contract when I had a question. He was very professional in how he greeted and talked, and was very friendly as well. Jeff Wenzen, the used car manager was extremely friendly and helpful. He along with his staff were willing to do whatever it took to meet my needs as a customer. Heiser was our second place to look at used cars. Our first experience elsewhere was not a good one. We saw the Buick on line from Heiser's inventory and it looked like a good deal. It was!
