We had a service issue with our car that started over a year ago. We had this issue fixed we thought & the issue came up again a few months later. Heiser & GM tried diligently to fix the problem with the car. We worked with Quinn, Dan & Brian. After many hours of hard work & thought into this problem they were always considerate to us even when we got so discouraged & frustrated because they could not figure out how to fix this issue. GM made a decision this was not fixable and offered to buy back the vehicle. We took the offer & purchased another vehicle. This was a three month process from beginning of trying to fix it to the repurchase, to buying a new vehicle. We have never worked with such caring people in our life.
