I am a repeat Chevy Silverado truck buyer and 1st time Heiser customer. No pressure sales. We found the right truck at a great price. We were informed of discounts we were not aware of. A mistake was made on our purchase contact that Chris came back after signing and corrected which ended up being an additional savings. Jerry was very helpful looking at options, running boards, mud flaps and even went the extra distance to find and recommend a pin striper for my truck. I went on AutoTrader to get a trade in value and the dealership was very helpful with accepting this price. I will NEVER shop at another dealership again. - They offer free carwashes for as long as you own the car which for us will be a very long time as it is a Brand new Camaro Convertible !! - Free scheduled maint. for the first two years - Bumber to Bumber 3 year, 36,000 miles warranty and 100,000 on powertrain - Offered a great price for GAP insurance as we were upside down and did not harrass us on extended warranties !! I just cant say enough about this crew, go there and I am sure you will be pleased. They do everything they can to get you in the car of your dreams and wont pressure you !! I bought this car basically over the phone from the opposite end of the State. Being 400 miles away has it's own set of issues. Greg Koss and I talked several times over the phone and in emails. Greg double checked that the requested features were on the vehicle, tire tread amount, overall condition of the trailblazer. He then contacted our bank and provided the needed information to finalize the loan, made arrangements to pick me up at the Milwaukee bus station, paying good attention to the needed details to complete the transaction. If something needed was missed I wasn't going to be able to run home and grab it. Everything went very well other than one minor glitch, lien holder information not on paperwork. Finance guy called our credit union, but no one on my end was able to help on Saturday so he was going to take care of adding lien holder today (Monday). Greg did an excellent job on all the follow up stuff to make things go smoothly. More

Phil is a wonderful salesman. He is friendly, helpful, and informative. Before I even walked in the building I found the car I was interested in. I was comfortable working with Phil, unlike some of the other salesmen I had dealt with. We found some issues with the car due to weather and they were resolved before I even bought the car. Phil worked with me for several days to make sure I was comfortable with the deal I was making. After I purchased the car and was driving it more I noticed a slight alignment problem, I called Phil and he told me they would fix it at no cost to me.
