Average I went in for an oil change. Process was oretty seemless on the rep side. I will say its not a good look when you have a mechanic sitting with his leg I went in for an oil change. The rep asked him politely to move the other vehicle so mine could be in cue in which the mechanics response was he was in the middle of an important game with no regard to my presence...extreme lack of professionalism.
