extremely disappointed after buying many vehicles I brought my 2018 Silverado in for an oil change and to check a check engine code that occurred a week earlier. The service adviser told me what the cost of oil change was and that they would also put a $99 dollar charge to read the code but wouldnt charge me if they didnt do any work. I was advised that there was a bad bank of injectors that they were recommending an $1100 replacement. disappointing on a truck 19 months old even though it has 67K miles. I said I did not want to replace now. However, I was still charged the $99 code charge which I was under the impression I would not be charged. I asked the Adviser and he said there was nothing they could do about the charge. I explained he was going to lose my business and all future purchases if they did not help. He said he couldnt. I asked him to go tell my sales rep Dave why I would not be purchasing anymore vehicles from the dealership. When I walked out to my truck I was thrilled to see my truck had not been washed either. Terrible service, you have lost a customer for good. More

Purchasing my new 2019 Blazer My son and I chose Heiser, WestAllis to look for a new vehicle for me. Once I met Greg Koss I could see why my son liked dealing with him. He was thorough with explaining the features of the Blazer, and also setting up the Lease deal with me. I also met with Ron from Finance to explain details of the Lease Contract. I needed to think everything through. A followup appointment was set for us to pick up the new Blazer. Upon arrival, Greg was waiting for us as well as my new Blazer. At this time Greg paired my Android phone to the car and went through the features again. After that I again met with Ron to sign all the necessary paperwork and turn in the down payment check which was almost spot on with the number Ron gave me at my first meeting with him. No surprises. We left, happy customers and I'm still learning my new Blazer but am very comfortable doing that. More

Awesome dealership I was looking online for a few weeks. I must’ve looked at at least 50 different car dealerships. And all of them we’re very high-priced. With very high miles priced from $25,000-$40,000 . I was totally bumming out because I really wanted to get a newer Ford F150. So then finally I found Heiser Chevrolet in West Allis and they had this 2016 Ford F150 that just really looked really nice and the price was very reasonable with more miles. So then I filled out the little With my information for them to get back to me. And Taylor called me the very next day and I told her what vehicle I was interested in. She scheduled for me to come in and take a test drive and talk about financing. So when I got there I’m at Taylor she was very friendly and very professional. It was a very very beautiful truck specially for the money with all miles. And he help me get the best deal I could possibly get with the interest rate and the payments. Also the used car manager zach Who is also very professional very polite . We agreed on a price. Then he took me over to Robert which is the finance manager see you again very polite very professional very friendly did all the paperwork got us out as quick as we possibly could . They were very busy which tells me I was in the right place very good experience with all the staff there. So I highly recommend anybody that’s looking for a car or truck new or used Heiser Chevrolet in West Allis is a great place to go .
