Long drawn out battle Bought brand new Silverado and was sent home with the truck without having the truck complete. Was instructed to return following Monday to finish. Ad Bought brand new Silverado and was sent home with the truck without having the truck complete. Was instructed to return following Monday to finish. Added splash guards, font licence plate bracket. Was supposed to install floor liners but they were thrown in the back of the bed. Also lost second key. Tried working with sales guy that sold it but he would blow me off for a week at a time. Contacted service and was instructed to make an appointment. When arrived for appointment no one knew anything and they didn't have the key. Stuck there for 4+ hours. This is an hour and a half away from home. Then for my troubles they were gonna install special emblems. So I drove back again and once again service knew nothing about it. So it was another 3 hour wait. In the end everything was righted, but not a good experience after the sale. More

Sales Man Willie is the only reason I'm giving 3 stars Communication with the dealership was at best average before we even walked into the door. We were apprehensive on going after no response from the MANAGER via email. Luckily we did because our salesman Willie was absolutely awesome! He did everything in his power to make sure we left that day with the vehicle we wanted. He's been with the dealership for 20+ years and it shows! If it wasn't for Willies customer service drive, we would have walked out of the store 10 minutes after we arrived. More
