I had an appointment for Friday morning so I dropped my car off Thursday night. Didn't hear anything the next day, called several times and was told by reception someone would call when I finally spoke to car off Thursday night. Didn't hear anything the next day, called several times and was told by reception someone would call when I finally spoke to someone other was almost 3pm and they first said was I sure I dropped it off at the right location then proceeded to say they forgot to check the lockbox. Asked what I needed done then said there was no technician there and they couldn't make them stay to check my car. I brought it in because the engine light was on, I needed a new muffler and also my seat would not incline. I was told over the phone that they would charge me a separate diagnostic of 199.95 for each issue. I am shocked that anyone would even get diagnostic if they charge that much for each item instead of a single inspection. It was close to the holidays and the weekend so they didn't start my car until Monday. Called and said they got the engine light off but had to order the part for the seat and that I needed to pay upfront which I was fine with. When I picked up the car I was told I didn't need to pay for the part for the seat ahead but they would order it and call me. No one has called. Also my engine light was still on and when I called to tell them no one replied so I drove to dealership only to be told I may have to pay another 199.95 to figure out why the light was still on. O seriously felt taken advantage of and started looking elsewhere to get my vehicle serviced More
