My visit was for routine maintenance on my 2014 Chevy Impala LTZ Limited (only 43,000 miles). The guys at the service desk ere both friendly and professional. The car was ready on time, and i notic Impala LTZ Limited (only 43,000 miles). The guys at the service desk ere both friendly and professional. The car was ready on time, and i noticed that they'd vacuumed the interior--nice touch! My service report was concise, and one item that will require attention in the future was brought to my attention. The Service Department has always been the best part of this dealership. There have been several excellent Service Advisors, but they don't seem to last very long. The constant turnover makes me wonder wha this dealership. There have been several excellent Service Advisors, but they don't seem to last very long. The constant turnover makes me wonder what the problem is. Lucas England does an outstanding job, in spite of the fact that he seems to be the only Advisor left. I think he deserves a healthy raise.
