My vehicle was dropped off after hours on 1/26/24 to be diagnosed for a Check Engine Light throwing multiple codes and a Multi point inspection. Dealership had it all day until close on 1/27/24 and we were diagnosed for a Check Engine Light throwing multiple codes and a Multi point inspection. Dealership had it all day until close on 1/27/24 and we were advised it could be picked up. 1. The RO stated 1 code not multiple and the multi point inspection was never went over just written as 7mm in front and 5 mm in back which wasn't accurate as I will post those photos as well nor did we discuss that lights were out you would think on an inspection that would be an easy catch. I called the service manager and expressed my concerns on 1/29/24 and he stated he wasn't aware of a second code but to call him back and we could discuss. By 2-2-24 Me and the other person had attempted to call the service manager back over 11 times so I leave work early to go talk to the service manager. At this point it became very clear what and whom the problem was Ted Hayes and an issue he has with a former employee who dropped MY vehicle off so instead of refusing service which he has the right to do he choose to be unethical and take payment for a service that wasn't provided and clearly had no intention of correcting it. It did end up at another Dodge dealership a few days later with a complete different diagnosis. So here I am on Google and next will be yelp,facebook, Bbb and of course Hayes comes 1st on that building but it does operate under the Chrysler logo. More

I brought my Jeep in to Hayes CDJR Lawrenceville for a bad coolant leak. Daniel Deadwyler was the service advisor handling my case. He charged me $211 for a diagnosis to my vehicle that was false. He claimed I had a faulty thermostat that would cost over $900 to repair. I declined. Turns out, the water inlet pipe was tampered with from a different dealership I’d been to prior. My bumper to bumper warranty expired and it was obvious why he tried to uncharged the case. I will never bring my business to this dealership ever again, they have dishonest employees who takes advantage of people.. More

Disappointing Service Took our vehicle in to have recall work performed. I called the service tech after returning home to ask a question and am still waiting on his retur Took our vehicle in to have recall work performed. After the work was done on the Evaporative Canister, we experienced problems with the Evap system (engine light came on). I took the car into another shop, who ran the diagnostic test (didn't even charge me for it) and told me the codes that came up. They referred me back to the dealership since we had just had the recall service completed. Interestingly enough, the dealership informed me that the "new" issue was not related to the previous work. They had no issue charging the diagnostic fee, explaining there was no way to "attach" it to the work from the recalls less than a week earlier. They then quoted a significantly higher price for the new work to be completed than other shops.....who had to purchase the part from the dealership. We will not be back to this dealership for any work and I can say I do not trust what they say/do. More

The waiting time was shorter than expected. It went to Hayes because one of the light on my 200 was dead. I opened the hood and could not figure out how I would be able to change it myself. Everything went very well. The team is very friendly and the service is real good. They are relatively fast to do the job as well. The only negative point for this visit is that I had to pay nearly $70 to change the light bulb. Very expensive one. I hope it will last a very long time (LOL). Outside that Hayes team is doing a great job every time I need services to be done on my car. More

Courteous , professional. Great service. Reasonable prices They are best of any dealers I have been to in my 68 years. They are professional and courteous. They get the job done in a timely manner. They’re incompeyent I went in for several issues. The only thing they were able to do is reset my radio. One thing I noticed is that after they kept my truck for 3 days I I went in for several issues. The only thing they were able to do is reset my radio.
